Cliff Avril – CEO

After a successful NFL career, Cliff transitioned to real estate in 2018, driven by a desire to make a lasting impact beyond the field. At CA Family Properties, he brings the same dedication and collaborative spirit that defined his sports career, focusing on creating vibrant, sustainable communities and sharing his real estate journey and knowledge.

Lakesha Pollard- CAO

Kesha began her role as the Chief Administrative Officer at CA Family Properties in 2021. Prior to joining CAFP, she had a successful career in people operations and talent acquisition. Kesha possesses a talent for simplifying processes, implementing cultural changes, and recruiting top talent. Her experience working with both start-ups and Fortune 500 companies has enabled her to build strong relationships with clients and employees at all levels.

Fabian Conner- Regional Manager

Fabian brings over 20 years of experience in real estate development, offering insights into real estate operations and profit improvement on a global scale. His portfolio includes projects in the Midwest, Alabama, Florida, and along the western coast of Africa. In his role as the Regional Manager at CAFP, he applies his passion for strategy and attention to detail to every aspect of real estate development, solving complex problems and providing practical recommendations to ensure the success of each project.

Niel Andres- Virtual Assistant

Niel, a highly skilled Executive Virtual Assistant with 8 years of experience, joined CAFP in January 2024. His expertise in real estate spans over 4 years, during which he provided invaluable support to investors and agents. Niel’s administrative assistance extends across diverse industries, including e-commerce and healthcare, where he has successfully contributed to the efficient operation of US-based businesses.
